Copper stampings for electrical engineering and industry

Copper stampings with the highest conductivity

Copper is the material of choice when electrical conductivity matters. Evotec GmbH manufactures copper stampings for contacts, conductor tracks, terminals and heat exchangers – precision-stamped on eccentric presses with up to 500 tons of press force.

Why copper stampings from Evotec?

Highest conductivity, precision manufacturing, flexible quantities.

01

Highest conductivity

After silver, copper has the best electrical conductivity of all metals. Perfect for contacts, busbars and connecting elements in electrical engineering.

02

Low contact resistance

Through precise stamping and clean cut edges, we produce copper parts with minimal transition resistance – crucial for high-quality electrical connections.

03

Thermal conductivity

Copper conducts heat exceptionally well. Copper stampings are therefore also used in heat exchangers, heat sinks and thermal systems.

04

Prototype to high-volume series

From sample production to runs in the millions, we scale our capacity to suit. Framework agreements and call-off orders are a matter of course.

05

Production relocations

Copper stamping isn't part of your core business? We take over complete relocations involving several hundred tools per project.

06

Surface finishing

Tin plating, silver plating or nickel plating – we arrange the right coating for your copper stampings through our partner network.

Frequently asked questions about copper stampings

Useful facts about our copper production.

Which copper alloys do you process?
We process ETP copper (Cu-ETP) with the highest conductivity, oxygen-free copper (Cu-OF) for vacuum applications, Cu-DHP for solderable and weldable components, as well as brass (CuZn37, CuZn39Pb3) for contacts and fittings.
Can copper stampings be coated?
Yes, through our partner network we offer tin plating, silver plating and nickel plating. Depending on the application, the coating improves corrosion protection, solderability or contact resistance.
Which material thicknesses are possible?
We stamp copper and brass in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 15 mm – for thin contact springs as well as solid busbars and terminals.
Do you take over production relocations?
Yes, many of our customers have relocated their copper stamping production to us. We take on projects involving several hundred tools – including tool transfer, sampling and series ramp-up.
How do I submit a request?
Send us your drawings via the contact form or by email to anfragen@evotec-gmbh.de. You'll receive a no-obligation quote promptly.
